Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy robust, scalable, and efficient software solutions across various platforms.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality features.
Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software defects and performance issues, ensuring the reliability and stability of our systems.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development lifecycle, including processes, tools, and technologies.
Research and evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance development efficiency and product capabilities.
Champion innovative problem-solving approaches to overcome technical challenges and deliver elegant solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, B.Tech, BCA, or a related technical field.
1 to 3 years of professional experience in software development or engineering roles.
Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze complex issues and devise effective solutions.
Solid understanding of fundamental computer science principles, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Understanding of database technologies, both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
Prior experience contributing to open-source projects or demonstrating personal projects.
Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical and non-technical audiences.
